The Spinnanker is a concreteless foundation technology that can be used as either a foundation point or a tension point. It evenly distributes tensile and compressive forces and can handle high horizontal forces.
The product primarily consists of an anchor plate with threads, threaded rods, and a construction setup. The threaded rods are screwed into the ground through the anchor plate, acting like displacement piles. The construction setup is securely attached to the anchor plate with bolts.
